Customer Service Desk
Sylvia Park's Customer Service Desk is located near Centre Court in the Fashion precinct and is open during normal trading hours.
Our Customer Service team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information, including a Ticketek service, Gift Card sales and the hire of wheelchairs, mobility scooters and pushchairs.
Parents Rooms, Child Facilities and Children's Creche
The Parents Rooms at Sylvia Park are conveniently located:
- between The Body Shop and Kebabs on Queen, near the Food Court
- between Hannahs and Jeans West
- between The Baby Factory and T&T Childrenswear
The Treehouse Children's Creche is located on the mezzanine floor near PAK'nSAVE.
Toilets
Toilets are conveniently located throughout the shopping centre:
- between The Body Shop and Kebabs on Queen, near the Foodcourt
- between Hannahs and Jeans West
- between The Baby Factory and T&T Childrenswear
Children's Playground
Sylvia Park offers children a choice of play areas, these are conveniently located at either end of the Centre:
- external to the Foodcourt by McDonalds
- external to the Centre next to The Baby Factory
