Business Centre Masterplan

The Sylvia Park Masterplan has identified four main sites along Mount Wellington Highway for the development of up to 45,000 sq.m of net lettable office space in four mid-rise buildings, which will provide contemporary and efficient premium grade accommodation.

Being located directly adjacent to New Zealand's newest and largest shopping centre, the office buildings will be supported by a level of amenity and convenience which is unmatched outside of the Auckland CBD.

The sites have been selected to provide the greatest visibility from Mount Wellington Highway, the Southern Motorway and the South Eastern Arterial Highway.  This will afford the buildings an unparalleled level exposure within Auckland.

Each building will have dedicated and secure car parking provided in either basement levels or at grade.  The residual car parking for office occupiers will be provided on site in multi-storey car park structures.

This Business Centre precinct will also benefit from generous public open spaces; protected pedestrian access into the retail heart; public transport, including bus and rail; and 24 hour onsite management and security.

Office floorplates will typically range from 1,750 sq.m to in excess of 3,000 sq.m with buildings capable of being let to single occupants or on a multi-tenancy basis, where minimum requirements of approximately 500 sq.m will be catered for a sub-divided floorplates.
